Stainless Steel Wedge Wire Filter Nozzle Ideal For Liquid/Solid or Gas/Solid Separation

The wedge wire screen filtering nozzles is an efficient and durable fluid distribution and filtration device, specially designed for water treatment systems, chemical processes and industrial filtration scenarios.

Uniform water/gas distribution: Ensure that the medium (such as water, gas, or chemical solution) is evenly distributed within the filter tank or reactor.
Precision filtration: Solid particles are intercepted through wedge-shaped wire screen gaps to protect downstream equipment.
Anti-clogging design: The unique V-shaped screen slit structure enables self-cleaning and reduces maintenance frequency.

Notes: Single head Wedge Wire Nozzle is equipped with a rubber gasket, a steel gasket and one or two stainless steel nuts of the same material. Nuts & Gaskets non needed for NPT BSTP nipples. Specifications not listed in the chart, processing production according to user requirements. M, NPT, BSPP, BSPT, G, PT thread are available. Single-head Filtler Nozzels can be high-pressure that has perforated pipe inside wedge wire screen. Thick flat covers available and and nuts can be welded onto the flat covers. We support high customization.
