Customized Woven Wire Slotted Mesh for Chemical Plant

For a chemical plant in Spain, we supplied a batch of woven wire slotted mesh tailored to the customer’s requirements. The project required two layers of screening mesh with different specifications to achieve efficient and accurate material separation. The woven wire slotted mesh is composed of an upper and a lower layer, both made from durable 65Mn crimped wires. Each layer 40 pieces, with all meshes finished with edge binding for added strength and stability.

This customized design provides high wear resistance in demanding chemical plant environments, ensures efficient screening performance through the double-layer structure, and extends service life with reinforced edges while perfectly fitting the customer’s equipment.
