Customer's Need

The buyer send email to us and saying they have some small mixed beds to build and are looking for following distributors using screen wedge wire laterals.

Hub lateral for bottom collection (cabezal interno inferior) as shown in attached figures, 2" flange connection. (Service: outlet di water, outlet rinse and inlet backwash and inlet acid regeneration). This will be in a tank diameter of 42". Max flow: 60gpm. Slot size of laterals: 200 microns, Qty: 2. Material: SS316L, sch 40 in the Body-Header

Hub lateral for superior collection (cabezal interno superior) as shown in attached figure, 2" flange connection. (Service: inlet di water , inlet rinse and outlet backwash and inlet caustic regeneration). This will be in a tank diameter of 42", Max flow: 60gpm. Slot size of laterals: 200 micron, Qty: 2. Material: SS316L, sch 40 in the body header.

Tray distributor for waste Regenerate collection (cabezal interno intermedio) (outlet of waste of acid and caustic regenerant). Max flow: 20gpm. Header diameter 1". This will be in a tank diameter of 42". Qty: 2. Slot size of laterals: 200 micron, Material: SS316L, sch 40 in the Body-Header.

Resin trap for 2" pipe for max of 60gpm (Slot size: 200 microns). Flanged. Qty: 4 (Just like the PVC flange PVC resin trap shown in last email below).

Inlet and outlet are for max 60gpm. So we expect to regenerate with HCL at 5% concentration every 15 days for 1 hour (with a 10gpm at 20 psi) will come from bottom and use NaOH at 5% concentration every 15 days for 1 hour as well (with a 10gpm at 20 psi).

We believe two levels for the screen tubes at the Hub lateral distributor for inlet (superior) and bottom-outlet (inferior) will be help to go the diluted chemicals (diluted caustic and diluted acid) with a better distribution.
