Precision Flat Wedge Wire Panel for Component Integration

An Italian manufacturer of industrial components required a custom wedge wire screen panel as part of a solid-liquid separation project. The flat screen panel needed to fit accurately with the surrounding assembly, making both the screening surface and structural details important to the project.

The panel was designed with wedge-shaped surface wires welded to supporting rods, forming continuous slots that widen inwardly. This structure provides controlled slot openings, good mechanical strength and a clog-resistant screening surface while maintaining an effective open area.

For this project, particular attention was given to the slot opening, overall panel dimensions, profile wire orientation, support arrangement and connection details. Several technical points were reviewed with the customer to make sure the final manufacturing information was consistent with the assembly requirements.

After the details were finalized, the wedge wire screen panel was produced according to the confirmed design. The completed panel matched the required dimensions and structural configuration, providing a precise screening component for the customer's solid-liquid separation assembly.
