Stainless Steel Filter Basket with 3 mm Perforated Mesh Thickness

Custom stainless steel filter baskets are manufactured from high-grade stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance, high strength, and extended service life. A Turkish client required a high-efficiency filtration solution for separating fine particles from mixed animal feed, with strict demands for corrosion resistance, easy maintenance, and extended service life. Based on their dual-material requirements, we proposed an optimized design combining a 30/80 mesh woven wire screen bonded with a 3 mm perforated support plate, balancing filtration precision with structural strength. Each filter basket is custom-made to the final design drawings to ensure a precise fit with existing equipment.
