Flat Wedge Wire Screen with Precise Continuous Slots

A processing service provider in Vietnam required a flat wedge wire screen for an industrial filtration and separation project. The screen was produced as a customized component according to the required panel dimensions, slot opening, profile wire and supporting structure.

The continuous-slot surface was formed by welding V-shaped profile wires to support rods. This construction provides uniform openings across the screening area while maintaining a rigid flat structure suitable for further fabrication or integration into filtration equipment.

For this project, particular attention was given to slot accuracy and panel flatness. The inward-widening slot design provides a relatively large open area and helps reduce material blockage, while the smooth screening surface also facilitates cleaning and backwashing during operation.

The screen dimensions and structural configuration were coordinated with the customer's processing requirements so that the finished flat wedge wire screen could be incorporated into the next stage of fabrication or equipment assembly.
