Wear-Resistant Crimped Wire Mesh for Mineral Screening

The mesh is produced from pre-crimped wires that form stable and uniform openings. For mining screening, this construction provides good rigidity under vibration while helping maintain consistent aperture sizes for material classification.

65Mn steel offers high tensile strength and wear resistance, making it suitable for abrasive screening conditions. Different crimping styles and edge configurations can also be selected to suit vibrating screen decks and installation arrangements.
