Client is a Manufacture for the hydraulic and industrial filter environment in South Africa. They need to purchase some perforated metal tube. They need small order quantity, have high requirements about the quality but competitive price. The same inquiry, they send to many vendors, but at last they place order to us.

Customer requirements:

The customer sent a short email through our website “Dear sir, could you kindly quote me perforated metal tube I.D. 30mm and I.D.49mm? I need 40pcs off each size urgently.” We replied him at the first time, checking all important details such as material, thickness, hole diameter, hole pitch, welding way and etc.. We make a detailed quotation list for different material and specification. Half month later, we receive a letter, they chose one programme, but want to change order to 20 pcs off each to make sure their customer is happy.

They did not barge price, but for smaller quantity the production cost for per one is increased. Well we get a special EXPRESS freight price, still doing the product as to the past price. They finished the sample payment quickly.
