Swaged rectangular aluminum bar grating consists of load-bearing flat aluminum bars (rectangular cross-section) and cross bars joined by the swaging process. The cross bar is typically a round or serrated aluminum tube, passing through pre-punched holes in the load-bearing flat bars and tightly pressed by high-pressure deformation to form a secure structural connection. And the surface can be smooth or serrated.
