Custom Rubber Screen Panels for Sandvik Screen Replacement

A Russian distributor needed rubber screen panels for its screening equipment maintenance supply. Instead of using one standard opening design, the customer required different aperture options so the panels could be used for different screening conditions and replacement needs.

For this order, the main work was to confirm the panel structure and key dimensions before production. The panel size, thickness, aperture layout, side frame, reinforcing ribs and rubber hardness were checked according to the customer's requirements. These details are important because rubber screen panels must fit the existing support and fixing system during replacement.

The finished rubber screen panels were supplied for the customer's local distribution and maintenance service. Dimension checking and hardness measurement were carried out before packing to help reduce fitting problems during later installation.
