Galvanizing process can effectively prevent steel corrosion and rust, so as to prolong the service life of steel. (ASTM A-924-G90)
Safety grating scaffolding planks, as an essential component of scaffolding systems, are key for their reliable load-bearing capacity and anti-slip performance. We use Q235 as the primary material to produce metal scaffold planks. These safety gratings adopt a unique design that can construct a stable work platform, ensuring smooth construction progress.
These safety gratings are sometimes used as storage areas for movable scaffolding due to their relatively low cost. However, more commonly, they are extensively used in various phases of building construction, renovation, demolition, operation, and maintenance.

Hot rolled pickled and oiled (HRPO) steel is produced to protect the steel from rust and corrosion. This type of material is good for fabricating, welding, bending and cold forming. Finished products have a clean and flat surface that can be used in a variety of applications. (ASTM A-1011 HRPO)
We adopt 5052-H32 aluminum as material. Its main alloying element is magnesium, which has excellent formability, corrosion resistance, weldability and medium strength. The load capacity of 5052-H32 aluminum can be up to 0.5 lbs./ft.
Stainless steel has good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low temperature strength and mechanical properties. It also has good hot workability such as stamping and bending.
