Galvanizing process can effectively prevent steel corrosion and rust, so as to prolong the service life of steel. (ASTM A-924-G90)
Safety grating walkways are a crucial safety facilities in industrial and commercial settings, typically made from aluminum, galvanized steel, stainless steel, HRPO carbon steel, etc. They are extensively used in anti-slip flooring, pedestrian crossings, equipment inspection platforms, rooftop walkways, and other areas, aimed at preventing accidents.
In industrial work areas and lubricant production zones, slip and fall incidents are a common safety hazard. Such accidents can seriously impact the physical safety of workers, even leading to unnecessary injuries and losses. Therefore, the proper installation of safety grating walkways with anti-slip ratings is essential to minimize such incidents. These safety grating walkways also facilitate drainage and are resistant to corrosion and wear, making them suitable for various harsh environmental conditions.

Hot rolled pickled and oiled (HRPO) steel is produced to protect the steel from rust and corrosion. This type of material is good for fabricating, welding, bending and cold forming. Finished products have a clean and flat surface that can be used in a variety of applications. (ASTM A-1011 HRPO)
We adopt 5052-H32 aluminum as material. Its main alloying element is magnesium, which has excellent formability, corrosion resistance, weldability and medium strength. The load capacity of 5052-H32 aluminum can be up to 0.5 lbs./ft.
Stainless steel has good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low temperature strength and mechanical properties. It also has good hot workability such as stamping and bending.
