Custom Polywedge Screen Panel with Polyurethane Edging

A Turkish equipment manufacturer required a custom polywedge screen panel for its screening equipment. Based on the customer's drawings, we confirmed the panel dimensions, wedge wire structure, support arrangement and polyurethane edging details before production.

The panel combines a stainless steel wedge wire screen surface with polyurethane edging. Key structural details and dimensions were checked against the confirmed drawings during production to support consistent panel fit and assembly.
