Galvanized Plank Grating for Architectural Decoration Project

A Vietnamese customer required customized plank grating for a building decoration project. Based on the customer's required dimensions and application needs, we supplied Q235B plank grating with hot-dip galvanized surface treatment.

The plank grating was produced with a 3 mm thickness, 12 / 20 mm hole sizes and 25 mm hole pitch. The customized dimensions were 25 mm in width, 41 mm in height and 450 mm in length. The traction tread opening design helps provide an anti-slip walking surface while also maintaining a clean appearance for architectural and decorative use.

Before production, the material, hole size, hole pitch, plank width, height, length and galvanized finish were confirmed according to the customer’s requirements. The hot-dip galvanized surface helps improve corrosion resistance and makes the plank grating suitable for building decoration, walkways, platforms, steps, cover plates and other indoor or outdoor applications.
