Custom Wedge Wire Slot Tubes for Mechanical Equipment

A returning customer from Australia, operating as an end user of mechanical equipment, placed a repeat order for wedge wire slot tubes. Based on the previous cooperation, the new order was arranged according to the customer's confirmed product specifications and quantity.

Before production, we reviewed the required material, tube diameter, overall length, slot opening, wedge wire profile, support structure and end details. Wedge wire slot tubes use continuous slot openings formed by profiled surface wires welded to longitudinal support rods, providing a rigid structure for mechanical filtration and liquid-solid separation.

During production, the dimensions and structural details were controlled according to the confirmed requirements. The finished tubes were checked for slot consistency, tube diameter, overall length, straightness, welding condition, surface quality and end configuration before packing.

After inspection, the wedge wire slot tubes were securely packed and prepared for shipment to Australia. This repeat order continued our cooperation with the customer and provided components matching its current mechanical equipment requirements.
