A customer came to us for consultation about the wedge wire slot tube and attached the basic drawings as well as the technical requirements. We responded quickly, developed the design in detail based on their inputs, and issued complete workshop production drawings together with a competitive quotation. Through ongoing communication, we confirmed all critical dimensions and structural details. After final approval, we moved straight into production to ensure the finished screens matched the on-site installation conditions precisely and could be assembled smoothly.

Given the customer's clearly stated urgent deadline, we fast-tracked internal coordination for raw material procurement and production planning, prioritizing key processes. Production and factory inspection were completed in about 10 days. To keep the project on schedule, we shipped the order by air freight, enabling the products to arrive on site quickly and be put into service – earning the customer's recognition and trust.
