Decorative Perforated Panels with RAL 9010 Double-Sided Coating

A customer in the dairy processing industry required stainless steel wedge wire screens for filtration and separation equipment. Based on the customer's working conditions, drawings, and equipment details, we recommended SS316L wedge wire screen tubes and sieve bend screens with different slot openings and structures.

The project included wedge wire screen tubes with 0.6 mm and 0.35 mm slot openings, as well as a sieve bend screen with a 0.1 mm slot opening. All products were made of SS316L stainless steel to support corrosion resistance and hygienic process requirements.

Before production, we confirmed the profile wire, support rod, slot opening, screen diameter, screen length, sieve bend radius, width, and flow direction according to the customer's drawings. This helped ensure that each screen matched the customer’s equipment and filtration requirements accurately.
