Wedge Wire Rotary Drum Screen for Anti-Clogging Filtration

A customer selected our rotary drum screen for use in a continuous liquid-solid separation process. Based on the customer's equipment type and operating conditions, the application involved wet screening, impurity removal, and the separation of fibrous solids from process liquid.Built with wedge wire construction, the screen features continuous V-shaped slots for stable flow and reduced clogging, making it suitable for wet applications involving fibrous or suspended solids.

Based on the actual working conditions and application requirements, we first provided a preliminary drawing for review, then refined the design through repeated communication and adjustments. After the final specifications were confirmed, the customized rotary drum screen was completed and delivered on schedule, with the result recognized by the customer.
