Custom Conical Perforated Metal Tube Assemblies

A customer from Saudi Arabia required four custom stainless steel perforated metal tube assemblies. The products were designed as conical perforated cylinders with bottom flanges and combined with 40 mesh stainless steel wire cloth.

The perforated cylinder section was made from SS316 stainless steel with a thickness of 2 mm. It featured 12 mm round holes arranged at a 15 mm pitch. The conical structure had an upper diameter of 110 mm, a lower diameter of 705 mm and an overall height of 1395 mm.

Each cylinder was fitted with a 705 mm diameter flange with a thickness of 10 mm. The stainless steel wire mesh section was specified as 40 mesh, providing a finer screening or filtration layer together with the perforated metal support structure.

Before production, the material grade, hole diameter, hole pitch, upper and lower diameters, overall height, flange dimensions and wire mesh specification were reviewed according to the confirmed order details. The finished components were checked for dimensional accuracy, perforation consistency, forming condition, mesh specification and overall assembly quality before packing and shipment to Saudi Arabia.
