Custom Wedge Wire Screen for Food Material Separation

A Philippine trading and import-export company required a wedge wire screen for a sugar and starch processing project. The screen panel was manufactured according to the confirmed slot opening, panel dimensions, profile wire and support arrangement.

The flat screening surface is formed by V-shaped wires welded to support rods, creating continuous and accurately controlled slots. This structure provides a high effective open area while helping reduce clogging, making it suitable for screening and separating food-processing materials where stable aperture control is required.

For this order, the screen configuration was selected around the required separation performance and installation dimensions. Attention was given to slot consistency, panel flatness, support spacing and overall structural stability so that the finished wedge wire screen could meet the project's screening requirements.
