Corrosion-Resistant Wedge Wire Screen Cylinder for Filtration

Wedge wire screen cylinder is constructed from 304 stainless steel using a precision wedge wire welding process. Through a special FOTI technique, the cylinder achieves bidirectional pressure resistance. After overall polishing and dimensional calibration, the product meets industrial standards for high filtration precision and structural integrity.

We determine detailed production drawings based on the customer's preliminary sketches and provide quality inspection photos upon completion. Transportation is arranged by rail and road freight according to the customer references.
