Working Principle

The rotary vibration screen generates rotational vibrations through a vibrating motor, causing the material to continuously move on the surface of the screen. Under the action of vibration, larger particles are retained on the upper screen, while smaller particles fall through the screen openings to the lower layer. Through the grading and screening of multi-layer screens, the rotary vibrating screen can efficiently and accurately achieve the separation and classification of materials, while some models also feature an automatic cleaning function to prevent screen blockage and maintain screening efficiency.
