Polyurethane tension screens are screening media manufactured from high-strength polyurethane with a pre-tensioned structural design. It incorporates an embedded metal framework for reinforcement to absorb tension, thereby enhancing resistance to strain and load. making them widely used in vibrating screens for the classification and screening of fine-grained materials. QIUSUO's polyurethane tension screen is securely fastened to the screening machine via a tensioning device, enabling long-term stable operation under high-frequency and heavy-vibration conditions.
