Holes Smaller Than Thickness Drilling Perforated Metal sheet also called Superperf or Super perforated metal, it is a new type of perforated metal made using an advanced drilling perforating technology.

Thanks to CNC Drilling, we can create very tiny holes in stainless steel their holes that are smaller than the material thickness, without compromising quality or performance. After drilling and milling, we will satin-finish and wash the super perforated metal, to guarantee perfectly clean holes and slots.

Drilling Perforated Metal Screen Plate is more expensive and punching perforated metal plates, but as its super high-ratio perforation and high strength, it approval and preferred by many clients and applications such as instance, sieving, filtering, protecting or controlling an air flow or liquid flow.

  • Papermaking
    • The hydra pulper/rotary drum pulper sieve plate separates non-fiber impurities from pulps.
    • The pressure sieve plate removes fiber bundle and other fine impurities from pulps;
  • Food
    • The centrifugal honey extractor sieve plate separates sucrose crystals from sugar paste;
