Production and Inspection of Perforated Metal

1. The quality of perforated metal products is determined by the mold. The tolerance of hole diameter is minimum when the new die is put into use on stamping equipment. With the increase of processing times, the hole diameter gradually decreases. Before exceeding the standard tolerance, the die is replaced.

2. Punching: Advanced CNC punches and feeders.

3. Plate burrs: If the production process of perforated metal burrs has exceeded the required tolerance range, technicians remove burrs as required.

4. Perforated metal leveling: Multi-roll leveling machine is generally used to leveling the deformed sheet during stamping.

5. Cleaning punching, requires the use of lubricants, oil removal process can remove its surface traces, so that the hole plate appears clean.
