Duplex Stainless Steel 2205 T-Type Intake Screen for Seawater Treatment

According to the customer's drawings and technical requirements, we precisely designed and manufactured two T-type intake screens, with all details strictly adhering to the drawings to ensure high quality and consistency of the product. During the production process, we conducted multiple quality inspections on the screens, including PMI testing, to ensure the material met the duplex stainless steel 2205 standards. Additionally, we performed detailed checks on the screen dimensions, slots, and flange connections to ensure they met the design specifications. After production, the screens were carefully packaged to prevent damage during transportation and were successfully delivered.

The customer selected T-type intake screens made from duplex stainless steel 2205. This material is renowned for its excellent corrosion resistance and high strength, making it particularly suitable for marine environments.
