Custom Wedge Screen Cylinder for a Water Treatment Project

A customer from Turkey required a wedge screen cylinder for a water treatment application. As the project called for a customized cylindrical screen rather than a standard product, the order was developed around the dimensions and filtration details provided by the customer.

During order confirmation, we reviewed the material, slot size, cylinder diameter, overall length, support arrangement and end configuration. These details were organized into clear production requirements so that the cylinder could be manufactured in line with the intended installation.

The production schedule and delivery requirements were followed according to the agreed order details. The completed wedge wire screen cylinder was supplied as a customized filtration component for the water treatment project.
