Rotary Drum Screen in Wastewater Screening & Sludge Separation

Our rotary drum screen is designed for wastewater filtration, sludge separation, and solid-liquid separation in water treatment systems. Built with wedge wire construction, it features continuous V-shaped slots that help maintain smooth flow and reduce clogging. With precise slot openings, corrosion resistance, and reliable performance in wet conditions, it is a practical filtration component for various water treatment equipment.

In one recent project, this type of rotary drum screen was supplied for a water treatment engineering customer in Spain, where the application was related to wastewater pretreatment and solid-liquid separation equipment.

According to the customer's actual operating conditions and application needs, we prepared a preliminary sketch and optimized the design through several rounds of communication. After confirming the final specifications, the customized rotary drum screen was completed and delivered on schedule, receiving positive feedback from the customer.
