Custom Wedge Wire Filter Elements for Industrial Filtration

A Chinese distributor serving the chemical and industrial filtration sectors approached us for two types of SS304 stainless steel wedge wire filter elements. The products required different slot openings, tube diameters, lengths, and filtration flow directions. Due to the customer's urgent schedule, expedited production was arranged to complete the order.

The first type featured a 0.05 mm slot, a 50 mm tube diameter, an outside-to-inside flow direction, and a lifting handle. The second type was specified with a 1 mm slot, a 45 mm tube diameter, and an inside-to-outside flow direction. Both types were equipped with flanges at both ends. During product inspection, key details such as tube length, flange dimensions, and slot openings were checked against the order specifications.
