Wedge Wire Screens Panels for Sugar and Starch Filtration

A Pakistani trading company serving the sugar and starch processing industries required two types of wedge wire products for its screening and filtration business. The order included wedge wire flat screen panels and wedge wire screen cylinders.

Before production, we reviewed the material, slot opening, overall dimensions, profile wire, support structure and connection details required for each product. The flat screens and cylindrical screens were manufactured according to the separately confirmed specifications.

Because the two products differ in shape and structural arrangement, their dimensions, slot openings, welding condition and key construction details were inspected separately before packing. The completed wedge wire products were then prepared for delivery to support the buyer's sourcing requirements for sugar, starch and industrial filtration projects.
