Custom Rubber-Framed Wedge Screen Panel for Pulp Processing

A purchaser from the paper industry contacted us to source screen products for a paper pulp dewatering application. The screens are used to help remove impurities and support fiber classification during pulp processing. To better evaluate our capabilities, the customer visited our factory for a two-day on-site inspection, gaining a detailed understanding of our production capacity, quality control process, custom manufacturing experience, and team coordination.

For this project, the products involved special screen wire structures and rubber frame designs, requiring customized mold production according to the customer's requirements. With our previous experience in similar products, we quickly understood the technical specifications and completed the product drawings for confirmation. After submission, the drawings passed the customer's review smoothly, providing strong support for the following production and future cooperation.
