We produced this screen based on the customer’s original sample, using carbon steel as the primary material. To enhance its corrosion resistance, the surface was finished with a durable powder-coating treatment. In addition to the carbon-steel option, we also recommended an E200 wear-resistant material, which offers excellent performance in demanding applications. The customer accepted our recommendation, and we produced the upgraded version accordingly.

During production, each unit underwent strict dimensional and quality inspections. We provided the customer with inspection reports and photos for confirmation before shipment. All measurements matched the required specifications precisely, and the customer expressed strong satisfaction with both the product quality and our technical support.
