Wedge Wire Screen Panels with Multiple Design Options

An Argentine customer serving agriculture, aquaculture and marine engineering projects required wedge wire screen panels for a new sourcing program. Based on the requested panel configuration, we prepared the required sample together with several alternative specifications to provide a broader reference for subsequent selection.

The screen panels were manufactured from profile wires resistance-welded to support rods, forming a flat and rigid screening surface with continuous slots. During fabrication, attention was given to slot uniformity, panel flatness, support spacing and weld consistency, as these factors directly affect the structural stability and screening performance of the finished panel.

Different combinations of slot opening, profile wire and support arrangement were incorporated into the samples. This allowed the customer to assess not only the required specification but also other available constructions that could be considered for future filtration, screening or water-related projects.

The completed samples provided a practical reference for the customer to review the workmanship, screen structure and available customization options before determining the next project requirements.
