Laser Micro Perforated Plate for Flour Screening Equipment

A domestic flour equipment customer required a custom laser micro perforated plate for use as a screening and filtration component. The plate was manufactured according to the confirmed drawing, material, thickness, micro-hole size, hole arrangement and overall dimensions.

Laser perforation was selected to produce small, accurately positioned holes without the tooling limitations associated with conventional punching. This processing method is suitable for precision perforation where consistent apertures, controlled hole distribution and a smooth plate surface are required.

Before production, we reviewed the drawing and confirmed the plate dimensions, material, thickness, hole size, hole spacing and perforated area. The hole layout was then programmed according to the approved requirements before laser processing.

During production and final inspection, the plate was checked for overall dimensions, hole consistency, hole distribution, surface condition and flatness. After the required checks were completed, the finished laser micro perforated plate was packed for delivery to the customer.
