Centrifugal Screen: High Wear Resistance, High-Efficiency Dewatering & Screening System

The centrifugal screen is a critical component of centrifuge dewatering equipment. As a high-speed rotating assembly, it consists of an upper flange, lower flange, reinforcing ribs, reinforcing rings, and a stainless steel conical wire mesh basket. Designed primarily for centrifuge dewatering applications, it is widely employed across the coal, chemical, and metallurgical industries. During operation, the centrifugal screen must withstand not only vibrational loads but also severe impact from coal and water, demanding high strength and precision. The screen basket is secured to the main unit with bolts through the holes on the upper flange or lower flange.
