Decorative Perforated Panels with RAL 9010 Double-Sided Coating

A customer required decorative perforated panels for an outdoor application, with a clean white finish, uniform round holes, and reliable surface protection. Based on the customer's project requirements, we recommended galvanized steel perforated panels with RAL 9010 double-sided coating.

The panels were produced with 3 mm round holes in a 60° staggered arrangement, 5 mm hole pitch, and 0.6 mm thickness. Each panel was made to 2000 × 1000 mm, matching the customer's required installation size. The white RAL 9010 coating on both sides provides a neat architectural appearance while helping improve weather resistance for outdoor use.

Before production, we confirmed the material, hole diameter, hole arrangement, panel size, thickness, and coating requirements with the customer. The finished panels met the customer's expectations for appearance, dimensional accuracy, and project application.
