Custom Micro Hole Perforated Metal for Industrial Use

A Polish metal products distributor placed an order for 304L micro hole perforated metal plates with a fine round hole pattern. The order was based on clear plate requirements, including 1000 × 2000 mm sheet size, 1 mm thickness, 1 mm hole diameter, 2 mm pitch, and a 60° staggered pattern, with defined edge margins.

For this order, the customer paid close attention to the consistency of the finished plates, especially the thickness, hole arrangement, pitch, and edge dimensions. As they supply perforated metal products to industrial customers in their market, these details needed to be clear and practical for downstream use. During production and final inspection, we checked the main plate parameters accordingly, so that the finished sheets matched the confirmed specifications.
