Wedge Wire Screen Cylinder for Solid-Liquid Screening

A Finnish end user required a custom wedge wire screen cylinder for installation in its own equipment. As the specific processing industry and installation position were not provided, the order was handled according to the customer's confirmed drawings and product specifications.

Before production, we reviewed the required material, cylinder diameter, overall length, slot opening, profile wire, support structure and end configuration. These details were confirmed to ensure that the finished cylinder matched the customer's dimensional and assembly requirements.

The wedge wire screen cylinder was manufactured with continuous slot openings formed by profile wires welded to supporting rods. This structure provides a rigid screening surface, controlled slot openings and good resistance to clogging, making it suitable for screening, filtration, dewatering and solid-liquid separation in different types of equipment.

During production and final inspection, the cylinder was checked for slot consistency, diameter, length, roundness, welding condition, surface quality and end details. After inspection, the finished wedge wire screen cylinder was securely packed and prepared for delivery to Finland.
