Material Options

Profile wire can be produced from stainless steel, carbon and alloy steel, duplex stainless steel, nickel-based alloys and selected non-ferrous or high-performance alloys. Material selection depends on the profile geometry, required mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, operating temperature and subsequent forming or welding requirements.

Material availability depends on profile dimensions, geometry, temper, surface condition and order quantity. Alternative grades may be recommended for specific applications.
